Google Review Card Price in India: What You Get

You have seen these cards by now — a customer taps a phone on a card at some counter and a Google review page opens. You have probably also seen prices all over the map online, from suspiciously cheap to oddly expensive, usually with no clear explanation of what you are paying for. This post lays out the Google review card price in India as we sell it at TapAll, what the money actually buys, and where a plain printed QR code is honestly good enough.
What a Google review card is, in one minute
It is a physical card with an NFC chip inside. The chip stores a short link pointing to your business's Google review page. When a customer taps a modern Android or iPhone on the card, the phone reads the chip and opens that page directly — stars on screen, ready to submit. Nobody installs anything, on either side. A QR code is printed on the card as well, so the occasional old phone without NFC can scan its way to the same page.
That is the entire mechanism. No batteries, no charging, no pairing. The card is doing the same thing a link in a WhatsApp message does, except it happens face to face, at the exact moment your customer is happiest.
The Google review card price, and what it includes
The TapAll Google Review NFC Card costs ₹1,099. That is a one-time price, and it includes the card itself, the chip programmed to open your business's Google review page, and the printed QR fallback on the card. Enquiry and setup happen over WhatsApp — you tell us the business, we link the card to your review page, and it arrives ready to use at the counter.
What it deliberately does not include: any subscription, any per-tap charge, any renewal. There is no monthly fee hiding behind the card. Once it is on your counter, the running cost is zero.
Card versus a printed QR standee
Fair question, because a QR standee can be made at the print shop next door for very little, and if your budget is genuinely tight, a printed QR pointing to your review page is far better than nothing. We would rather you had that than no ask at all.
Here is what the card does differently. A standee sits passively on the counter waiting for someone to notice it, pull out their camera, and frame the code. A card gets handed over. The handing is the point — it turns a poster into a personal request, and a tap is quicker and surer than focusing a camera on laminated paper under shop lighting. Paper and lamination also age badly at an Indian counter: sun-fade, curling corners, one monsoon of damp air. A card gets passed hand to hand all day and still works the same in year three.
If you run tables where customers sit with time on their hands, a standee or table stand still earns its place. At a billing counter, the handed card wins.
One-time cost versus ongoing value
Most things you buy to get customers are meters that keep running. Ads stop the day you stop paying. A listing subscription lapses. Even a hoarding comes down when the contract ends.
Reviews do not work like that. Every genuine review the card helps you collect stays on your Google profile and keeps persuading strangers years later. The card is a one-time purchase feeding a permanent asset, which is why the price question, while reasonable, is the smaller half of the decision. The larger half is whether you have a reliable way to ask at all.
Questions people ask us before buying
Does it work on iPhones? Yes — modern iPhones and Androids both read the card with a tap, and the QR code covers older phones.
Do my customers need an app? No. The review page opens in the phone's browser. Nothing is installed.
How many cards do I need? Usually one per billing counter. A shop with a single counter needs a single card.
Can one card be used all day, every day? Yes. There is nothing to recharge or reset; the chip simply holds the link.
What if I have no Google Business Profile yet? Set that up first — it is free — and then the card has a review page to point to.
