By using TapAll you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use TapAll for unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend profiles that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Products & profiles
Each NFC product includes a digital profile that you can update anytime. You own your content; you grant us the licence needed to host and display it on your behalf.
4. Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in INR and may change. Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp, where we agree the item, price and payment method before production. We may decline or cancel orders due to errors or suspected fraud.
5. Intellectual property
The TapAll brand, designs, and software are owned by us. Profile templates are licensed to you for use within TapAll only.
6. Availability & liability
We work hard to keep the service available but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TapAll is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh having jurisdiction.
