Account data you provide: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed).

Profile content you add: photo, cover, bio, links, contact details and brochure.

Order data: items and shipping address you share with us when you enquire. Orders are taken over WhatsApp — we never collect or store card details on this website.

Usage data: anonymous taps and clicks on your public profile (action type, time, approximate device/IP) so you get analytics.

2. How we use it

To create and host your digital profile, fulfil orders, provide analytics, and support you.

We do not sell your personal data. The NFC chip itself stores only your profile URL — never your personal information.

3. Sharing

With service providers that run the platform (hosting and email) strictly to operate TapAll.

When required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

4. Your public profile

Information you publish on your profile is, by design, visible to anyone with your link or card. Only publish what you want shared.

5. Your rights

You can view, edit, or delete your profile data anytime from your dashboard, or request account deletion by emailing us.

6. Security & retention

Passwords are hashed and traffic is encrypted in transit. We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies/local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
