Buy an NFC Business Card Online in India: A Checklist

You have decided to buy an NFC business card online, and now there are four tabs open that all look roughly the same. Similar card photos, similar claims, prices anywhere from a few hundred rupees to a few thousand. Before you pay on any site, including ours, here are five things worth checking.
The chip matters, but not the way it is sold
Some listings lean hard on chip model numbers, as if the chip were the whole product. Here is the honest version: the chip inside an NFC card is a small, standard component with a modest job. On a TapAll card it stores only a short link, nothing more. Your actual details — phone number, WhatsApp, portfolio, payment links, social handles — live in your online profile, not on the chip.
So when a seller pitches a bigger or fancier chip as the reason to pay more, ask one plain question: what exactly does the chip store? If the answer is "all your details, written permanently onto the card", that is a problem, and the next section explains why.
Buy only if you can edit it later
This is the question most buyers never ask, and it is the one that decides whether the card is still useful two years from now. Phone numbers change. Designations change. Offices move across the city. A paper card goes into the bin when that happens, and an NFC card with details burned permanently onto the chip is no better off.
What you want is a card that only opens a profile, with the profile living online where you control it. With TapAll, you log in to a dashboard and change anything, anytime — number, links, photo, payment details — and the same card keeps working without being touched. The card never goes out of date, because the card was never the thing holding your data.
Nobody should have to install an app
Picture the actual moment. You are in a client's cabin, you tap your card on their phone, and their screen asks them to download an app to continue. The moment is gone. They will not install it, and honestly, neither would you on their side of the table.
A properly built card opens your profile straight in the phone's browser. Tap, profile opens, done. No app on your phone, no app on theirs, nothing to explain. If a seller's process requires the other person to install anything at all, move on to the next tab.
Check that a QR code is printed on the card
Very old phones without NFC still exist, and that is exactly what the QR code on the card is for. The other person opens their camera, scans, and lands on the same profile the tap would have opened. A card that depends on NFC alone will leave you stranded in front of exactly the wrong person one day.
It sounds like a small detail. At an expo counter, with a queue building behind the one person you really wanted to meet, it is not.
Before you buy an NFC business card online, message the seller
Sooner or later you will want to ask a human something — a doubt while setting up your profile, a change you cannot figure out, a second card for a colleague. So before paying anyone, find the seller's phone or WhatsApp number and send a test message. See how long a real reply takes, and whether it comes from a person or an autoresponder.
For what it is worth, TapAll runs from Indore, ships across India, and the WhatsApp number on the site is answered by people.
One last practical note on how buying works with us. The product you can buy directly online at tapall.in is the Premium NFC Business Card, a PVC NFC card at ₹1,199, paid by UPI at checkout. After ordering, you set up your profile from the dashboard, and when the card arrives you tap it on your own phone to test it before handing it to anyone else. The dashboard also shows simple analytics, so once the card is out in the world you can see taps and views.
If all of that matches the checklist you came here with, the card is at tapall.in/products. And the checklist works on every seller, not only on us, so carry it with you wherever you end up buying.
