Google Review Cards Bulk Order: Multi-Outlet Guide (2026)

Chetan Singh27 Oct 20267 min read

A Google review cards bulk order has three parts: one review link per outlet, one shared design, and a sheet that says which box goes to which branch. Every Google listing has its own Place ID and its own review link, so a chain with 12 outlets needs 12 batches, not one. Send TapAll the outlet list and links on WhatsApp, approve one proof, and the Google review NFC cards are printed in Indore and delivered anywhere in India in 5 to 7 days. Bulk orders are priced by quantity and quoted the same day; a single card is ₹1,099 as of October 2026.

We sell NFC cards, so read this knowing that. This is an operations guide for agencies, franchise HQs and multi-outlet groups, not a sales page. The why is short: the ask happens at the counter while the customer is still happy, and a tap opens the review page with no searching or typing.

Who orders Google review cards in bulk

  • Agencies ordering for clients. One supplier, one quote per client, on WhatsApp.
  • Franchise HQs. The same card at every outlet, but each outlet's reviews must land on its own listing.
  • Multi-outlet retail and F&B. Five to fifty stores or cafes; the billing counter is the moment to ask.
  • Hospital and hotel groups. Each unit or property has its own listing, so each needs its own batch.

Google identifies every listing by a Place ID, which its developer documentation says "uniquely identifies a place". Each outlet with its own Business Profile therefore has its own review link. One link for the whole chain sends every review to one outlet and leaves the rest empty. How Google reviews affect local SEO ranking explains why that matters: reviews count for the listing they land on.

To get each link, open that outlet's Business Profile and use the option to share your review link; Google gives you a short link to copy. If HQ does not have access to every profile, ask each outlet manager for their link. Then paste it into TapAll's free Google review link to QR tool, scan the QR with your phone and check that the right listing opens. This is the slowest step in any bulk order.

Counter cards vs Google review cards for employees (staff cards)

A chain orders two kinds of cards: the same product, used differently.

Counter cards stay at the outlet: billing desk, reception, host stand. Two or three per outlet, one as a spare.

Staff cards are carried by the people who talk to customers. A staff card does not point to the staff member; it points to the branch where that person works. If a stylist moves to Pune, the card stays at Vijay Nagar for the next stylist. Each card is programmed with its branch's review link before it ships. Staff keep the visiting-card-size card in a pocket or at their station.

Design once, print many

Every TapAll card is PVC, printed in full colour, with an NFC chip inside and a QR code printed on the face. For a bulk order you approve one artwork: logo, colours and a one-line ask such as "Tap to review us on Google". That artwork prints for every outlet, and each card is programmed with its own branch link. Ask on WhatsApp whether the branch name can be printed on each outlet's cards; when 30 boxes reach HQ, a printed name makes sorting easier. What one card includes is in Google review card price in India.

If the team also wants NFC visiting cards for staff, that is a separate product, the corporate employee NFC card; NFC card bulk orders in India covers that conversation.

What Google allows your staff to do

Forward this to outlet managers. Google's Tips to get more reviews page, as of 17 October 2026, says you can ask customers to visit a link or scan a QR code, so the ask is allowed; what is not allowed is anything that steers the rating, the wording or who gets asked. The script is one sentence, said to every customer the same way:

Say this, and only this: "If your visit went well, you can tap this card to leave us a Google review."

The full list of what Google bans, with its wording, is in the setup guide. Offer the card, then step back; the customer can tap now or later.

Google review cards bulk order: how the quote works

There are no public price slabs for bulk. Orders are priced by quantity, and the quote comes the same day. One supplier for all outlets keeps design, links and payment in one thread.

  1. 1Send the outlet list and links to +91 97133 49930 or hello@tapall.in, each checked in the review link tool first.
  2. 2Pick one shape from the ones in stock, so one proof covers the order.
  3. 3Approve one proof with your logo and the ask line. It then applies to every outlet.
  4. 4Get the quantity quote the same day on WhatsApp. Shipping is free.
  5. 5Pay by UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, any UPI app). There is no cash on delivery, no card or netbanking gateway and no EMI, so an agency paying for a client should plan for UPI.

For a same-day quote, send three things: the outlet list with review links, the counter and staff card count per outlet, and your logo file.

The full price list is at /pricing; general questions are on the FAQ page.

Timeline: 5 to 7 days from Indore

Cards are printed and programmed in Indore and shipped by tracked courier (Blue Dart, Delhivery and others) anywhere in India. The 5 to 7 days include printing; a tracking link is sent on dispatch. There is no same-day delivery. For 100 or more outlets, delivery is still 5 to 7 days; the slow part is collecting 100 review links and getting boxes to branches, so plan your own rollout in waves by region.

Rollout checklist for agencies and franchise HQs

  1. 1Links. Who collects the review link for every outlet, and who checks each one in the tool.
  2. 2Counts. Who decides counter and staff cards per outlet, with a spare or two.
  3. 3Proof and payment. Who approves the artwork, and who pays by UPI.
  4. 4Boxes. Who receives the order at HQ, sorts cards by outlet (tap one card from each box to confirm the listing), and gets each outlet its set.
  5. 5Staff briefing. One sentence: "If your visit went well, you can tap this card to leave us a Google review." No targets, no incentives, no second ask. The rules, in Google's own words, are in Step 5 of the setup guide.
  6. 6Replies and damage. Who replies to reviews per listing, and who reports a damaged card. Report it within 7 days with photos; it is replaced or refunded, see the refund policy.

FAQ

What is the minimum quantity for a Google review cards bulk order?

Send the outlet list and the card count per outlet, and TapAll quotes by quantity the same day on WhatsApp. For one or two cards, buy the single card (₹1,099 as of October 2026) from the product page.

Can one design carry a different review link for each outlet?

Yes. You approve one artwork, and each outlet's cards are programmed with that outlet's own review link before they ship. You only supply the links; the cards work from the first tap.

Does a Google review card work on every customer's phone?

iPhone XS and newer read it with no app, as do most Android phones with NFC switched on. Phones without NFC scan the printed QR code.

Are Google review cards allowed under Google's rules?

Google's own help page suggests asking customers through a link or QR code, and nothing in the Maps content policy, as of 17 October 2026, prohibits a card that opens that link. What Google prohibits is rewards, staff quotas, scripted reviews and filtering who gets asked, not the card.
