NFC Cards for HR Teams and Recruiters

Campus drive, 9 am. Three hundred final-year students in an auditorium, and after the presentation you write your email ID on the whiteboard so shortlisted candidates can send their resumes. By evening, a good chunk of those resumes have gone to a Gmail address that does not exist, because your surname has two spellings and the back benches could not read your handwriting anyway. An NFC card for HR and recruiters is a direct fix for this: tap, and the candidate has your correct email, your LinkedIn and the careers page in their phone before they leave the hall.

Recruiting runs on being reachable. It is strange how often the recruiter is the hardest person in the company to reach correctly.

Where recruiters actually swap details

The campus drive is the obvious one, but count the rest of your month. Walk-in interview days, where every third candidate asks whom to follow up with. Job fairs, where you repeat your designation two hundred times. HR meetups and hiring conferences, where consultants and fellow recruiters trade referrals. Vendor meetings with staffing agencies. Even the exit interview, where a departing employee who might boomerang in two years should leave with your details, not just a form.

Each of these is a high-volume, short-conversation setting — precisely where paper cards run out, get pocketed and die in laundry.

Referral hiring adds one more. Half the good candidates in any pipeline came because an employee or an acquaintance passed the recruiter's details along. Details that travel as a tapped, saved profile survive that second hop; a number scribbled on the back of someone else's card usually does not.

LinkedIn one tap away

For a recruiter, the single most valuable thing on the card is not the phone number. It is LinkedIn. Candidates search your name, find four people with it, and connect with a stranger in another city. A tap removes the guesswork: your profile opens in their browser with your LinkedIn right there, along with:

  • The company careers page, or a link to the roles you are currently hiring for
  • Your official email, spelled by a machine instead of a whiteboard
  • A WhatsApp button for candidate queries, if your process allows it
  • Your designation and company, so the candidate's follow-up message starts informed

No app is needed on either phone. The candidate taps, everything is saved, next person steps up. At a campus drive, that difference compounds three hundred times.

Openings change monthly, the card should not

Here is the quiet advantage. The chip on a TapAll card stores only a short link — every real detail lives in your profile, which you edit anytime from the dashboard. Close the March openings, add the June ones, change your designation after appraisal season, and every card you have ever tapped shows the current version. The student who tapped your card at a January drive and opens it again in August sees what you are hiring for in August.

Paper cards cannot do this, which is why recruiter drawers everywhere hold boxes of cards with outdated designations.

The dashboard also shows taps and views. After a job fair, that number is a rough but honest measure of how many conversations were real.

Cards for the whole talent team

Recruiting is rarely a one-person show. For teams, the Corporate Employee NFC Card at ₹499 per card gives every recruiter and HR executive a branded card — same company look, individual profiles — so that every campus visit and walk-in day presents one consistent face. Independent recruiters and consultants, who live and die by their personal network, tend to pick the Premium NFC Business Card instead; it reads as established, which matters when you are asking a passive candidate to trust you with their career move.

For phones too old for NFC — a shrinking crowd, but real — the QR code printed on every card opens the same profile with a scan. No candidate left out.

A recruiter's job is making it easy for the right person to show up. Start with making it easy for them to reach you. For team cards or anything else, message us on WhatsApp at +91 97133 49930.
