NFC Business Cards in Delhi NCR: For You or Your Team

Delhi NCR is really several business cities that happen to share a metro map. A week might start with lunch in Connaught Place, move to a client floor in Gurugram's Cyber City, and end at an office in a Noida sector you had to look up on Maps. You meet a lot of people, and most of them are in a hurry. An NFC business card in Delhi NCR is made for that. You tap it to their phone, your profile opens in their browser, and they have your details before the handshake is over.

For a lot of people here, the real decision is a practical one: a card for yourself, or cards for the whole team? Gurugram and Noida are full of companies with sales, BD and field teams, and that changes the answer. This post covers both.

How the card works, briefly

A TapAll card has a small NFC chip in it. NFC stands for Near Field Communication, and it works only at very close range, a few centimetres. The chip has no battery. The phone that taps it powers it for that moment and reads a short link to your TapAll profile. There, a Save Contact button lets the other person put your details straight into their phone in one tap.

Everything else, your number, WhatsApp, website, LinkedIn and office address, lives on that profile, and you edit it from the dashboard. Change jobs, add a new WhatsApp number, move from Nehru Place to Noida, and the same card shows the update. Paper cards get lost in a jacket pocket or a car door; this one stays in your wallet and you tap the same card every time.

Good to know: No app is needed on either phone. iPhone XS and newer read the card in the background, and most Android phones have NFC, though some need it switched on in Settings. Every TapAll card also carries a printed QR code for phones that can't tap.

Android users can find the settings walk-through in NFC business cards on Android.

NFC business cards in Delhi NCR: for yourself or the whole team?

If you're one person, the premium card is the straightforward choice, and you can order it on the site without talking to anyone. If you're buying for a team in Gurugram or Noida, message us on WhatsApp with the team size and your branding. It's quicker to settle in a conversation than through a form.

Trade fairs, showrooms and walk-in counters

The NCR hosts a lot of trade fairs, at venues like Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan and India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. If you're running a stall, the Event / Exhibition NFC Badge is made for capturing leads at events. It's ₹199, arranged over WhatsApp.

For shops, showrooms and clinics, from Karol Bagh to Sector 18 in Noida, a Google Review NFC Card at the counter lets a customer tap and land straight on your Google review page. That one's arranged on WhatsApp too.

And if you'd simply rather not carry a card at all, the NFC Keychain does the same tap from your key ring.

Delivery across the NCR

TapAll is based in Indore and ships NFC business cards across India, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Set up your profile online, order the card, and tap it on your own phone when it arrives to check it opens what you expect.

After that, the dashboard shows simple tap and view counts. If you've just spent two days at a trade fair, it's a quick way to see how many people actually looked at your profile. And if you're still comparing where to buy, we've written up buying an NFC business card online in India.

Questions people ask

Premium card or corporate card for a small team?

If it's two or three people, the premium card works fine and each person orders their own online. For a larger team that wants matching company branding, the Corporate Employee NFC Card is the better fit.

What if I change companies?

Edit your profile from the dashboard. The chip only holds a link, so the card keeps working and shows your new details.

Does the person I meet need an app?

No. The profile opens in their phone's browser, and the QR code on the card covers phones without NFC.

Do you deliver to Gurugram and Noida?

Yes. TapAll ships across India, and that includes every part of the NCR.
