TapAll vs TapOnn: Two Indore NFC Card Companies Compared

TapOnn and TapAll are both NFC card companies from Indore, built differently. TapOnn is an app-first networking platform with a wide catalogue: PVC and metal cards, review standees, stickers and a team dashboard. TapAll sells one PVC NFC visiting card at ₹1,199 as of October 2026, with no app on either side and a free profile with no yearly fee.

The two Indore NFC card companies

TapOnn (TapOnn Digital, TAPONN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, the name in its website footer) raised ₹1.5 crore in seed funding in February 2023, as reported by Entrepreneur India. Its address, 919, 9th floor, Shekhar Central, AB Road, Manorama Ganj, Indore 452001, is shown on taponnloyalty.com, a site carrying the same legal name, as of 16 October 2026.

TapAll is made by ExtroVision Digital Solution at 310, SaiRam Plaza, Mangal Nagar, near Rajiv Gandhi Circle. The local story is in NFC Business Cards in Indore.

In short: TapOnn is a platform (app, profiles, analytics, team dashboard). TapAll is a product (a printed PVC card that opens a free web profile).

App requirement: TapOnn vs TapAll

TapOnn: the card owner installs the app, the recipient does not. Its PVC card page, as of 16 October 2026, lists "Download the TapOnn app (free for all users)" as the first setup step and says "No app is required for the other person!" The app is where you edit the profile, see tap analytics and scan paper cards.

TapAll: no app on either side. You edit your profile in a browser at tapall.in/dashboard, which also shows tap and view counts, and a tap opens the profile in the other person's browser. More in Do You Need an App for an NFC Business Card?.

Yearly fee

TapOnn, on its website as of 16 October 2026: the card pages say "Free App for Profile Setup" and "One time payment Only", and the home FAQ answers "Is the application free to use?" with "Yes!". We found no subscription price on the site.

TapAll: the profile is free, with no yearly or monthly fee, ever. The card stores only a short link, so you edit the profile and never reprint.

What does TapOnn charge vs TapAll? (as of 16 October 2026)

TapOnn shows a sale price, a compare-at price and quantity tiers on each product, as of 16 October 2026 (full list at taponn.digital/pages/all-collection).

The site banner says "FREE Delivery on all orders above ₹999".

TapAll's list is shorter (full list at /pricing).

Delivery time and visiting in person

TapOnn's card pages say a designer contacts you "within 24 hours" and that after approval "it takes 5-7 days working days in delivery". Its Google Review Stand page says "Ships in 24 hrs" and "Pan-India delivery in 3-5 days"; its acrylic and wooden stand pages say 5-7 working days (all as of 16 October 2026).

TapAll prints and programs in Indore and ships free by tracked courier (Blue Dart, Delhivery and others) anywhere in India in 5 to 7 days including printing, with a tracking link.

On visiting: taponn.digital did not show a street address or visiting hours when we checked on 16 October 2026. Its Contact page gives support@taponn.digital, the number 8269799920 and a form. The Shekhar Central address is on taponnloyalty.com and a different Indore address appears on its Google Play developer listing, so confirm with support@taponn.digital before visiting.

TapAll prints its address on the site: 310, SaiRam Plaza, Mangal Nagar, near Rajiv Gandhi Circle. Message +91 97133 49930 on WhatsApp first, then come to the office.

Refund policy of each

TapOnn, on its website as of 16 October 2026. The PVC and metal card pages advertise "90 days money back guarantee". The refund policy page says: "To be eligible for a refund, you must request it between 90 and 120 days from the original purchase date." On the amount: "Please note that 60% of the amount, covering handling, design, and taxes, is non-refundable." Shipping is non-refundable and you may be required to return the product in its original condition and packaging.

The product page and the policy page describe different windows, both as of 16 October 2026. We are not interpreting that; ask support@taponn.digital which applies before you pay.

TapAll: every card is personalised, so our refund policy is short. "Each card is printed/encoded with your details, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has started." If a card arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, "contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you."

Does either sell a review standee?

TapOnn does. As of 16 October 2026 its stands include the Google Review Stand in the table above and the India's #1 NFC Review Standee at ₹1,499 (compare-at ₹1,749). The stand pages say "No app needed" for the customer tapping. Its Direct Review Card (₹700) and stickers (₹699) are activated in the TapOnn app ("Activate Device") using what its sticker page calls the "TapOnn Direct feature".

Which is better for a team of 10 to 50 employees?

TapOnn's For Teams page, as of 16 October 2026, lists centralised lead management, access control (in its words, "onboard or offboard employees and manage access permissions"), branded templates, team insights and lead routing to CRMs and ERPs. No per-user, monthly or yearly price is shown; the page says "FREE TRIAL AVAILABLE" and asks you to "Book a Demo".

TapAll's team offer is simpler: corporate employee NFC cards priced by quantity, quoted the same day on WhatsApp. You approve one design, we print it for the whole team, and each employee manages their own profile from their own dashboard. TapOnn vs TapAll: when each is the better pick

Pick TapOnn if you want:

• A metal card, or a wooden or acrylic stand.
• A counter standee.
• App-based lead capture, tap analytics and a paper-card scanner.

Pick TapAll if you want:
