Best NFC Business Card in India (2026): 7 Brands Compared
Chetan SinghUpdated 17 Oct 20268 min read
Quick answer: for most people in India, the best NFC business card is a printed PVC card that opens your profile without an app, carries a QR code as backup, lets you edit your own details, and has no yearly fee. A metal card feels heavier but costs more and needs special construction to tap properly. Spend your money on what opens after the tap, not on the material.
Updated October 2026. We sell NFC cards, so read this knowing that. Most "best NFC card in India" lists we found are published by a card brand. So is this one, so we put every brand's sale price side by side, dated it, and included our own weak spots.
NFC business card brands in India compared
Every figure below was read from the brand's own website on 16 October 2026 and re-checked on 17 October. Prices change; check the page before you pay.
| Brand (base city) | PVC business card | Google review card | Yearly fee | Stated delivery | Buy/setup notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TapMo (Noida) | ₹999 | ₹599 | None | 4–7 business days per shipping policy; product page says 4–5 business days | Free design preview; GST input offered; full comparison |
| TapOnn (Indore) | ₹1,249 | ₹700, listed as a "Direct Review Card" | None; free app | 5–7 working days | Free delivery above ₹999; profile set up via web app or mobile app; full comparison |
| 1Card (Indore) | From ₹500 (Classic) | ₹170–₹399 via Revuz | None mandatory | Production 1–3 business days, then courier 2–4 (Blue Dart) or 3–7 (Speed Post) | Free shipping from ₹1,000, so one Classic card pays courier |
| Kurmah (Ahmedabad) | ₹749 | ₹499 | Free profile, one-time purchase per its site; optional premium service plan "from ~250 Rs./year" | 2–5 days (same site also says 3–4 days and within a week) | Free shipping |
| Cuir Ally (Chennai) | ₹499 (Name Card) to ₹799 (Logo Card) | Not sold | None stated; app for one-time setup | 4–5 days for customised orders | Pack discounts |
| ProfileTap (Palghar) | ₹899 (White) to ₹999 (Black) | ₹799 | None; 7 years of Pro included, then a free plan | 5–7 days | GST invoice stated |
| TapAll (Indore) | ₹1,199 | ₹1,099 | None, ever | 5–7 days including printing | Free tracked shipping; UPI only; no app; no GST invoice; no standee |
Notes on the table. We compared the sale prices shown, not the struck-through regular prices: TapMo, TapOnn, Kurmah and ProfileTap show a higher struck-through price on PVC cards (₹2,199, ₹1,499, ₹1,050 and ₹1,299), and TapMo and ProfileTap do the same on review cards (₹999 and ₹1,299). TapMo's product page and shipping policy give different ranges, so we quoted the policy. Stock status is left out; it changes daily. Revuz and 1Card are both brands of Yuvera Solutions Pvt Ltd, per 1Card's website; 1Card's price sheet also lists a ₹350 Eco card, but its site says the Eco is QR-only. Base cities are from each brand's own site, except TapOnn, which press coverage describes as Indore-based; its website lists no address. Vistaprint India is not included: as of 17 October 2026, vistaprint.in lists QR code visiting cards but no NFC card.
On PVC business cards, TapAll at ₹1,199 (as of 16 October 2026) is the second most expensive of the seven; only TapOnn at ₹1,249 costs more. On Google review cards, TapAll at ₹1,099 is the most expensive; next is ProfileTap at ₹799, and Revuz sells one from ₹170. We also take UPI only, have no app, sell no standee and don't issue GST invoices. What the ₹1,199 buys is a full-colour PVC card with a printed QR code, a free profile with no yearly fee ever, 22 designs you can switch anytime, no app on either side of the tap, free tracked shipping, and an Indore office you can visit after messaging first. Our review card is the same kind of PVC card, with a printed QR backup, that opens your Google review page in one tap.
Who should buy cheaper: if you only want to send customers to one Google review link, Revuz or Kurmah do that for ₹170 to ₹499. 1Card's ₹500 Classic is the lowest-priced printed PVC card, with a courier fee on a single card. For brand versus local printer, read where to buy NFC cards in India. If a brand sets profiles up through its own app (Cuir Ally says its app is needed for setup; TapOnn offers a web app or its mobile app, per their websites on 17 October 2026), our post on NFC business cards without an app explains what that means.
Metal cards ran from about ₹1,000 to ₹3,300 at the brands that sell them (Cuir Ally ₹999; 1Card ₹1,900 to ₹3,300; TapMo ₹1,999 to ₹2,399; ProfileTap ₹1,999 to ₹2,199; Kurmah ₹1,999; TapOnn ₹2,499), on their websites as of 17 October 2026. Our metal vs PVC comparison covers whether that is worth paying.
NFC business card types compared
The type of card decides the price range before anything else does.
| Type | Typical price in India | How well it taps | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Printed PVC card | About ₹350 to ₹1,200 | Reliable; plastic doesn't block NFC | Most people: founders, sales, consultants, freelancers |
| Metal card | About ₹1,000 and up | Fine when built for NFC; metal blocks the signal otherwise | People who want a heavy card and will pay for it |
| NFC keychain | About ₹150 to ₹700 | Reliable | No wallet needed |
| Basic blank NFC card | From about ₹50 in bulk | Reliable, once you program it yourself | Tinkerers with their own page |
Prices are a guide from IndiaMART listings we checked in October 2026, plus our own price list; see our guide to NFC card price in India. TapAll makes PVC cards and keychains, not metal ones. Our Premium NFC Business Card is ₹1,199 and the NFC Keychain is ₹699, as of October 2026.
Good to know: An NFC visiting card is a normal card with a tiny passive chip inside. It has no battery and stores only a short link; the phone's own NFC field powers it when tapped. Judge the profile that link opens, not the chip.
What to check before you buy
The short version, so you can read any brand's page against it. Our checklist for buying an NFC business card online explains each point in detail, and our guide to the best digital business card in India covers what a good profile looks like after the tap.
- No app needed, on either phone. TapAll cards open in the phone's browser.
- A profile you can edit, on the same card. TapAll profiles are edited from your dashboard anytime.
- A printed QR code as backup for phones without NFC. Every TapAll card has one.
- Works on iPhone and Android. iPhone XS and newer read it without an app; most Android phones need NFC switched on in Settings.
- No yearly fee. Ask in writing; over three years it can cost more than the card. TapAll's profile is free, with no renewal fee ever.
- A clear price and a way to buy. Vague pricing usually means a sales call. TapAll lists its prices; the premium card is bought online with UPI and the rest on WhatsApp.
Red flags worth walking away from
- "Download our app to view." If the person you've just met has to install something, the moment is gone.
- A link you can't change. A new phone number shouldn't mean a new card.
- No QR backup. Sooner or later someone's phone won't read the chip.
- Big numbers with no source. Customer counts and tap claims are easy to make up.
- No idea who's behind it. Look for a real phone number and a real place.
